Why would my account be banned?

The following behaviors may result in an account ban:

  1. Canceling trades, whether you're a buyer or seller
  2. Initiating chargebacks without communicating with WOW Skins' customer service
  3. Selling skins from accounts you don't own (selling skins from stolen accounts)
  4. Deposits from multiple unrelated accounts or abnormally complex transaction chains
  5. Using stolen cards or bank accounts
  6. Frequent IP changes are an attempt to hide your real location
  7. Using false identity information or forged documents and identities
  8. Multiple KYC failures
  9. Repeatedly using cards and bank accounts from countries and regions we don't support
  10. Buying/selling WOW Skins platform account balances, intermediary payments
  11. Using WOW Skins for money laundering and criminal activities
  12. Multiple user complaints about your account
  13. Sending the wrong skins to buyers
  14. Suspicious trading behavior, including but not limited to: abnormally frequent large fund movements, repeated transactions with flagged accounts
  15. Abusing platform features, exploits, or script/bot operations
  16. Other fraudulent behavior or violations of platform terms of use or community rules
