How many KYC attempts do I have?
Normally, you have two KYC attempts. If you fail KYC twice, you won't be able to initiate KYC again.
If you have concrete evidence proving the failure was due to an error by the KYC verification service, you can contact us to appeal. If your appeal is approved, we'll give you one additional KYC opportunity.
If you still haven't passed KYC after three attempts, your account will be permanently banned - please note this is the final result.
