What is "withdrawable balance"?

You can only withdraw the balance from the net proceeds of skin sales.

Example: 

  1. You sold a skin worth $20
  2. Deposited $10 via bank card
  3. You can withdraw a maximum $20 (from sales)
  4. The deposited $10 can only be used to purchase skins
